Your First 30 Days in Empower Network Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to build a thriving Empower Network business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you need to do in the first month in Empower Network to turn a profit.

In Empower Network, there are basically 2 ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Although there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus on what you need to do to get paid in the first month of building your Empower Network business.

#1) Retailing in Empower Network

The day you attended your Empower Network presentation, or were exposed to Empower Network through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you believe in Empower Network and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Empower Network and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Empower Network’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted because of buying this product.

Empower Network is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Empower Network

The true leverage in building your Empower Network business is in building a network of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Empower Network business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Empower Network if you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and objectives you want to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Empower Network than the money. Of course the money a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you start to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Empower Network, share the pros of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Empower Network commissions!
