Although you have metrics and goals to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.
There is so much more to being a part of France Luxe than the money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.
Once you begin to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
To recruit effectively in France Luxe, share the advantages of being united, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your France Luxe commissions!
