Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Max International and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Max International’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Max International is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Max International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Max International once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Max International than making money. Of course money is an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Max International, explain the benefits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Max International commissions!
