Your First 30 Days in EcoFresh Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable EcoFresh business, it’s time to think about exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in EcoFresh to get a check.

In EcoFresh, there are 2 primary ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on what you should do to get a check in the 1st 30 days since you started building your EcoFresh business.

#1) Selling Products in EcoFresh

When you first attended your EcoFresh meeting, or were exposed to EcoFresh through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in EcoFresh and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about EcoFresh and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of EcoFresh’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced from buying this product.

EcoFresh is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in EcoFresh

The true fortune in building a EcoFresh business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the EcoFresh business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of EcoFresh if you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining EcoFresh than making money. Of course the money a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in EcoFresh, explain the advantages of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your EcoFresh commissions!
