When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Warm Spirit and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Warm Spirit’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted because of buying this product.

Warm Spirit is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Warm Spirit

The true fortune in building your Warm Spirit business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Warm Spirit business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of Warm Spirit once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Warm Spirit than the money. Of course the money an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Warm Spirit, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Warm Spirit commissions!
