Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Charmelle and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Charmelle’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Charmelle is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Charmelle

The true fortune in building your Charmelle business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Charmelle business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Charmelle once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and objectives you want to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Charmelle than the money. Of course it is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you start to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
