Your First 30 Days in O3World Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable O3World business, it’s time to learn exactly what you must do in your first month in O3World to get a check.

In O3World, there’s basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to turn a profit in the first thirty days since you started building your O3World business.

#1) Product Sales in O3World

When you first attended your O3World presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in O3World and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about O3World and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of O3World’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

O3World is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in O3World

The true leverage in building your O3World business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the O3World business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at the next family gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of O3World if you “change your assumption” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of O3World than making money. Of course the money an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in O3World, share the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your O3World commissions!
