Your First 30 Days in URI International Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to build a profitable URI International business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you need to do in your 1st thirty days in URI International to start making money.

In URI International, there’s 2 main ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus only on what you must know to profit in the first month of building your URI International business.

#1) Product Sales in URI International

The day you attended your URI International meeting, or were exposed to URI International through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in URI International and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about URI International and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of URI International’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved from buying this product.

URI International is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in URI International

The true fortune in building a URI International business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the URI International business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of URI International if you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and targets you want to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of URI International than making money. Of course it is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you can learn to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in URI International, explain the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your URI International commissions!
