How to Profit in Excel Communications in Your 1st Thirty Days–Two Tips
Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Excel Communications business, you must consider exactly what you must do in your 1st month in Excel Communications to get a check.
In Excel Communications, there’s basically two ways to get money. They are:
1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring
While there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus only on what you must do to get paid in the 1st thirty days since you started your Excel Communications business.
#1) Selling Products in Excel Communications
The day you attended your Excel Communications presentation, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Excel Communications and what they have to offer.
Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.
When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to share Excel Communications and their products with the market, which are:
A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?
As convinced as you are about the benefits of Excel Communications’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be impacted from buying this product.
Excel Communications is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:
A. Build a rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal
The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!
#2) Building A Team in Excel Communications
The true leverage in building your Excel Communications business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Excel Communications business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at the next family gathering.
Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Excel Communications if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives you want to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.
There is so much more to joining Excel Communications than just the money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.
The minute you start to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
To sponsor effectively in Excel Communications, explain the pros of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Excel Communications commissions!
