Your First 30 Days in New Vision International Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving New Vision International business, it’s time for you to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st month in New Vision International to start making money.

In New Vision International, there are basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus only on those you should do to turn a profit in the first month starting your New Vision International business.

#1) Selling Products in New Vision International

When you first attended your New Vision International meeting, or were exposed to the company through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in New Vision International and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about New Vision International and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of New Vision International’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

New Vision International is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in New Vision International

The true fortune in building your New Vision International business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the New Vision International business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at the next family gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of New Vision International if you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Although you have personal numbers and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining New Vision International than just the money. Of course that’s an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in New Vision International, share the advantages of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your New Vision International commissions!
