Your First 30 Days in Quixtar Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Quixtar business, you must realize exactly what you must do in your first thirty days in Quixtar to get paid.

In Quixtar, there are two primary ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

While there are several phases to each process, we are going to focus on what you need to do to profit in the 1st 30 days starting your Quixtar business.

#1) Product Sales in Quixtar

When you initially attended your Quixtar meeting, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Quixtar and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Quixtar and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Quixtar’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential clients and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Quixtar is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Quixtar

The true leverage in building your Quixtar business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Quixtar business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at the next social gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Quixtar if you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Quixtar than making money. Of course it is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you start to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Quixtar, share the benefits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Quixtar commissions!
