Your First 30 Days in FemOne Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable FemOne business, you need to think about exactly what you need to do in the first month in FemOne to start making money.

In FemOne, there are basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

2. Building A Team

While there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you should know to get a check in the 1st month starting your FemOne business.

#1) Selling Products in FemOne

When you initially attended your FemOne meeting, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in FemOne and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about FemOne and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of FemOne’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

FemOne is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in FemOne

The true fortune in building your FemOne business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the FemOne business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of FemOne if you “change your opinion” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and objectives you want to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining FemOne than the money. Of course that’s an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, stimulating your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in FemOne, explain the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your FemOne commissions!
