Your First 30 Days in Xango Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Xango business, it’s time to consider exactly what you must do in your first month in Xango to turn a profit.

In Xango, there are basically 2 ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to profit in the 1st month since you started building your Xango business.

#1) Product Sales in Xango

When you first attended your Xango presentation, or were exposed to the products through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Xango and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Xango and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Xango’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of buying this product.

Xango is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Xango

The true leverage in building your Xango business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Xango business because we often associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we presume are going to dodge us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Xango if you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Xango than making money. Of course money is an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you start to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in Xango, share the benefits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Xango commissions!
