Your First 30 Days in Zermat International Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Zermat International business, you must consider exactly what you must do in your first month in Zermat International to turn a profit.

When you first attended your Zermat International presentation, or were exposed to Zermat International through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Zermat International and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Zermat International and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Zermat International’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Zermat International is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Zermat International

The true leverage in building a Zermat International business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Zermat International business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will dodge us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Zermat International once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and milestones you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Zermat International than just the money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, fostering your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Zermat International, explain the merits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Zermat International commissions!
