When you initially attended your iScentU presentation, or were exposed to iScentU through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in iScentU and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share iScentU and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of iScentU’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their lives will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

iScentU is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in iScentU

The true fortune in building your iScentU business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the iScentU business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of iScentU if you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and objectives you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of iScentU than making money. Of course money is a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.
