Your First 30 Days in Rexair Now that you are registered, excited and ready to build a thriving Rexair business, you must think about exactly what you must do in the 1st month in Rexair to get a check.

#1) Product Sales in Rexair

The day you attended your Rexair meeting, or were exposed to the business through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Rexair and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Rexair and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Rexair’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from buying this product.

Rexair is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Rexair

The true leverage in building a Rexair business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Rexair business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Rexair if you “change your assumption” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and goals you want to meet so that you can earn a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Rexair than making money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, improving your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you can learn to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in Rexair, share the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Rexair commissions!
