Your First 30 Days in ASEA Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable ASEA business, you must realize exactly what you must do in your 1st month in ASEA to get paid.

In ASEA, there are two primary ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

While there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus only on those you need to know to turn a profit in the 1st thirty days since you started your ASEA business.

#1) Selling Products in ASEA

The day you attended your ASEA presentation, or were exposed to the products through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in ASEA and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share ASEA and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of ASEA’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential clients and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

ASEA is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in ASEA

The true fortune in building a ASEA business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the ASEA business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of ASEA if you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and goals to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining ASEA than the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, enhancing your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in ASEA, share the merits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your ASEA commissions!
