Your First 30 Days in Sportsnuts Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a thriving Sportsnuts business, it’s time to consider exactly what you need to do in your first month in Sportsnuts to start making money.

In Sportsnuts, there’s basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Although there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on what you need to do to start making money in the first thirty days of building your Sportsnuts business.

#1) Selling Products in Sportsnuts

The day you attended your Sportsnuts meeting, or were exposed to the products through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Sportsnuts and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Sportsnuts and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Sportsnuts’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

Sportsnuts is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Sportsnuts

The true leverage in building your Sportsnuts business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Sportsnuts business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Sportsnuts once you “change your opinion” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Sportsnuts than the money. Of course the money an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you can learn to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Sportsnuts, explain the benefits of being united, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Sportsnuts commissions!
