Your First 30 Days in TelexFree Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving TelexFree business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in TelexFree to get a check.

In TelexFree, there’s basically two ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

While there are many steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you should do to get paid in the first 30 days starting your TelexFree business.

#1) Retailing in TelexFree

The day you attended your TelexFree presentation, or were exposed to TelexFree through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in TelexFree and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about TelexFree and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of TelexFree’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

TelexFree is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in TelexFree

The true leverage in building a TelexFree business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the TelexFree business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of TelexFree once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and objectives you want to meet so that you can earn a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of TelexFree than just the money. Of course money is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, improving your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.
