Your First 30 Days in Younique Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Younique business, you must realize exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in Younique to get a check.

In Younique, there are basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you need to know to turn a profit in the first thirty days of building your Younique business.

#1) Selling Products in Younique

When you initially attended your Younique meeting, or were exposed to Younique through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in Younique and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Younique and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Younique’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be improved from purchasing this product.

Younique is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Younique

The true leverage in building your Younique business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Younique business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at the next social gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Younique once you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Younique than making money. Of course the money an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Younique, explain the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Younique commissions!
