Your First 30 Days in Adaptogenix Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Adaptogenix business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you need to do in the 1st month in Adaptogenix to profit.

In Adaptogenix, there are two main ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Even though there are several steps involved in each process, we are going to focus only on those you need to do to profit in the 1st month since you started building your Adaptogenix business.

#1) Retailing in Adaptogenix

When you first attended your Adaptogenix presentation, or were exposed to the business through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in Adaptogenix and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Adaptogenix and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Adaptogenix’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be enhanced from buying this product.

Adaptogenix is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Adaptogenix

The true leverage in building your Adaptogenix business is in building a team of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Adaptogenix business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting part of Adaptogenix once you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have metrics and targets to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Adaptogenix than making money. Of course that’s an integral reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, enhancing your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Adaptogenix, explain the advantages of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Adaptogenix commissions!
