Your First 30 Days in Genasante Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Genasante business, it’s time for you to consider exactly what you have to do in the first month in Genasante to get paid.

In Genasante, there are basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to get a check in the 1st month of building your Genasante business.

#1) Product Sales in Genasante

The day you attended your Genasante meeting, or were exposed to Genasante through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you believe in Genasante and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Genasante and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Genasante’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

Genasante is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Genasante

The true fortune in building your Genasante business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Genasante business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of Genasante if you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and objectives you want to meet so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Genasante than the money. Of course that’s an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Genasante, share the pros of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Genasante commissions!
