Your First 30 Days in WorldVentures Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving WorldVentures business, it’s time to learn exactly what you have to do in the 1st month in WorldVentures to start making money.

In WorldVentures, there’s basically 2 ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

Although there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you must do to start making money in the 1st thirty days since you started your WorldVentures business.

#1) Retailing in WorldVentures

When you first attended your WorldVentures presentation, or were exposed to WorldVentures through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in WorldVentures and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about WorldVentures and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of WorldVentures’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be improved from purchasing this product.

WorldVentures is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to execute the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you are with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in WorldVentures

The true leverage in building a WorldVentures business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the WorldVentures business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of WorldVentures if you “change your reality” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and goals to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of WorldVentures than the money. Of course it is a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To sponsor effectively in WorldVentures, share the pros of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your WorldVentures commissions!
