Your First 30 Days in Ethos Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Ethos business, it’s time to realize exactly what you must do in the first month in Ethos to start making money.

In Ethos, there’s basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

While there are several steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on what you need to know to get paid in the first month since you started your Ethos business.

#1) Product Sales in Ethos

The day you attended your Ethos presentation, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Ethos and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Ethos and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Ethos’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential customers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Ethos is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Ethos

The true leverage in building a Ethos business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is often the most hated aspect of the Ethos business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at the next family gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Ethos if you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have personal numbers and objectives to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of Ethos than the money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, improving your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you start to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Ethos, share the advantages of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Ethos commissions!
