Your First 30 Days in RightSize Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving RightSize business, you must think about exactly what you must do in your first thirty days in RightSize to profit.

In RightSize, there are basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Although there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus on what you need to do to get paid in the 1st month starting your RightSize business.

#1) Selling Products in RightSize

When you first attended your RightSize presentation, or were exposed to RightSize through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in RightSize and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about RightSize and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of RightSize’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from purchasing this product.

RightSize is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in RightSize

The true fortune in building a RightSize business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the RightSize business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at the next social gathering.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of RightSize if you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have metrics and objectives to hit so that you can receive a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining RightSize than the money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in RightSize, explain the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your RightSize commissions!
