Your First 30 Days in DubLi Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable DubLi business, you must consider exactly what you must do in your first 30 days in DubLi to get paid.

In DubLi, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Sponsoring

While there are several phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you must do to get paid in the 1st month of building your DubLi business.

#1) Product Sales in DubLi

The day you attended your DubLi presentation, or were exposed to the company through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in DubLi and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to spread the word about DubLi and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of DubLi’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the desires of your potential buyers and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.

DubLi is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and close the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in DubLi

The true leverage in building your DubLi business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the DubLi business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of DubLi once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have quotas and goals you want to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining DubLi than the money. Of course money is a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive individuals, improving your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you start to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in DubLi, share the merits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your DubLi commissions!
