Your First 30 Days in Enlyten Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Enlyten business, you must realize exactly what you have to do in your 1st thirty days in Enlyten to turn a profit.

In Enlyten, there’s two primary ways to get paid. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Recruiting

Although there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you need to do to get paid in the 1st month since you started your Enlyten business.

#1) Product Sales in Enlyten

The day you attended your Enlyten meeting, or were exposed to the products through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Enlyten and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share Enlyten and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Enlyten’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced from buying this product.

Enlyten is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Enlyten

The true leverage in building your Enlyten business is in building a team of people who multiply your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the Enlyten business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of Enlyten once you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Although you have personal numbers and milestones to meet so that you can receive a fat paycheck, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Enlyten than just the money. Of course money is a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you start to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in Enlyten, share the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Enlyten commissions!
