Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about FlashNet and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of FlashNet’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be enhanced because of buying this product.

FlashNet is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the FlashNet business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume are going to dodge us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of FlashNet once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining FlashNet than just the money. Of course that’s a critical part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.
