Your First 30 Days in InnerLight Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving InnerLight business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you must do in your 1st month in InnerLight to get a check.

In InnerLight, there’s 2 primary ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Even though there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus on what you need to do to start making money in the 1st 30 days of building your InnerLight business.

#1) Selling Products in InnerLight

When you initially attended your InnerLight meeting, or were exposed to the company through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in InnerLight and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about InnerLight and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of InnerLight’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

InnerLight is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in InnerLight

The true fortune in building your InnerLight business is in building a network of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the InnerLight business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume are going to avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of InnerLight once you “change your assumption” about what team building really is. Even though you have quotas and objectives you want to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to being a part of InnerLight than just the money. Of course the money an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive individuals, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you can learn to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in InnerLight, explain the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your InnerLight commissions!
