Your First 30 Days in MONAT Now that you are registered, pumped up and ready to build a profitable MONAT business, you must realize exactly what you have to do in your 1st thirty days in MONAT to get a check.

In MONAT, there are two main ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you need to know to profit in the 1st month of building your MONAT business.

#1) Product Sales in MONAT

When you initially attended your MONAT presentation, or were exposed to MONAT through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in MONAT and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing your product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share MONAT and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of MONAT’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted from purchasing this product.

MONAT is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Share how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in MONAT

The true leverage in building a MONAT business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the MONAT business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of MONAT if you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets to hit so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of MONAT than making money. Of course it is an important part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The moment you decide to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in MONAT, explain the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your MONAT commissions!
