Your First 30 Days in Repspace Now that you’re enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Repspace business, you must consider exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in Repspace to profit.

In Repspace, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

Even though there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you need to know to get a check in the 1st month of building your Repspace business.

#1) Retailing in Repspace

When you initially attended your Repspace meeting, or were exposed to Repspace through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Repspace and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Repspace and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Repspace’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to consider the needs of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be improved from buying this product.

Repspace is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Repspace

The true fortune in building your Repspace business is in building a team of people who duplicate your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Repspace business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume are going to avoid us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Repspace once you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have metrics and targets you want to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There’s so much more to joining Repspace than just the money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Repspace, share the pros of being united, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Repspace commissions!
