This is VERY IMPORTANT!!! Few folks in Ethos understand the need of sacrificing some free time to achieve success. To be honest, achieving success in Ethos is not simple or without challenges nor will it occur by chance. It is a deliberate operation which demands deliberate organization and time management by those who intend to achieve success.
For example, you might have a few special t.v. shows that you’d rarely forego or a hobby that you enjoy in your free time. This has to change, though, as soon as you commit to get serious about a Ethos business. Those T.V. shows may need to be missed or recorded and your hobbies might need be put on moratorium if they hinder your Ethos and team events.
By deciding which activities you are ready to limit at the start to reach your goals, you show that you could have the “stuff” required to achieve success in Ethos!
