As an example, you may have some must-see t.v. shows that you would rarely go without seeing or an activity that you enjoy in your spare time. This has to be adjusted, though, once you decide to build a Encoura business. Those T.V. programs may need to be skipped or recorded and your leisure activities will need be placed on hold if they hamper your Encoura and team functions.
