Your First 30 Days in Akea Now that you’re all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable Akea business, you must learn exactly what you must do in your 1st month in Akea to profit.

In Akea, there are basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

While there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you should know to get paid in the 1st thirty days of building your Akea business.

#1) Product Sales in Akea

The day you attended your Akea presentation, or were exposed to Akea through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Akea and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Akea and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Akea’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted because of buying this product.

Akea is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you have to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Akea

The true fortune in building your Akea business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Akea business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume are going to dodge us at the next social gathering.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Akea once you “change your assumption” about what recruiting really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Akea than just the money. Of course it is a critical reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded people, improving your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The moment you begin to interpret the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To build a team effectively in Akea, explain the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Akea commissions!
