Your First 30 Days in Norwex Now that you’re all signed up, pumped up and ready to build a profitable Norwex business, you must learn exactly what you must do in the 1st month in Norwex to profit.

In Norwex, there’s basically 2 ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

While there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you need to know to get a check in the 1st month since you started your Norwex business.

#1) Product Sales in Norwex

The day you attended your Norwex presentation, or were exposed to Norwex through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Norwex and what they have to offer.

Whether it was the payment plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Norwex and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Norwex’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be enhanced from purchasing this product.

Norwex is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Norwex

The true fortune in building a Norwex business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Norwex business because we sometimes associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Norwex if you “change your opinion” about what recruiting really is. Although you have personal numbers and objectives to meet so that you can earn a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to achieve financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Norwex than making money. Of course it is a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you can learn to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Norwex, share the advantages of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Norwex commissions!
