Your First 30 Days in ViSalus Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to build a thriving ViSalus business, it’s time for you to learn exactly what you must do in the first 30 days in ViSalus to get paid.

In ViSalus, there’s two primary ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Sponsoring

Even though there are many phases to both processes, we’re going to focus only on those you need to know to profit in the first month of building your ViSalus business.

#1) Selling Products in ViSalus

The day you attended your ViSalus meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in ViSalus and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share ViSalus and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of ViSalus’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should think about the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted from purchasing this product.

ViSalus is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in ViSalus

The true fortune in building your ViSalus business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the ViSalus business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun part of ViSalus once you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals you want to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining ViSalus than just the money. Of course the money an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

The minute you decide to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been boasting about.

To recruit effectively in ViSalus, explain the merits of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your ViSalus commissions!
