Your First 30 Days in Monitium Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a thriving Monitium business, you must consider exactly what you need to do in the first 30 days in Monitium to profit.

In Monitium, there’s basically two ways to get paid. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

While there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on what you need to do to start making money in the 1st month starting your Monitium business.

#1) Product Sales in Monitium

When you initially attended your Monitium meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was clearly something that made you believe in Monitium and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the products and gaining customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to spread the word about Monitium and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Monitium’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should think about the needs of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Monitium is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen intently
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Monitium

The true leverage in building a Monitium business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Monitium business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume will avoid us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Monitium once you “change your mindset” about what recruiting really is. Although you have personal numbers and targets you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them an opportunity to discover financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of Monitium than the money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you decide to realize the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Monitium, explain the advantages of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Monitium commissions!
