Your First 30 Days in Klob Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to build a profitable Klob business, you need to think about exactly what you need to do in your first month in Klob to profit.

In Klob, there are basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

While there are many steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus on what you need to do to profit in the first month of building your Klob business.

#1) Retailing in Klob

The day you attended your Klob presentation, or were exposed to Klob through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in Klob and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could offer to others to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Klob and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Klob’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted from buying this product.

Klob is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get their commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you are with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Klob

The true fortune in building your Klob business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Klob business because we often associate the act of recruiting with family and friends that we presume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Klob once you “change your mindset” about what team building really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals to hit so that you can receive a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Klob than the money. Of course it is an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you can learn to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To recruit effectively in Klob, explain the advantages of being united, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Klob commissions!
