Your First 30 Days in USAloe Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable USAloe business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you need to do in your 1st month in USAloe to turn a profit.

In USAloe, there’s two primary ways to get money. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Sponsoring

While there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should know to get paid in the first 30 days of building your USAloe business.

#1) Product Sales in USAloe

When you first attended your USAloe meeting, or were exposed to USAloe through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in USAloe and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could offer to people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about USAloe and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of USAloe’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be improved because of purchasing this product.

USAloe is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in USAloe

The true leverage in building a USAloe business is in building a team of people who multiply your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the USAloe business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at the next social gathering.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of USAloe once you “change your thinking” about what recruiting really is. Although you have metrics and targets to meet so that you can receive a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to being a part of USAloe than making money. Of course money is an important part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go to places you never thought possible, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever having to go back to a nine to five.

The minute you can learn to understand the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in USAloe, share the pros of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your USAloe commissions!
