Your First 30 Days in Pure Now that you are registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a thriving Pure business, it’s time for you to realize exactly what you need to do in the first month in Pure to profit.

In Pure, there’s basically two ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

While there are several phases to each process, we’re going to focus on what you need to know to start making money in the first month since you started building your Pure business.

#1) Selling Products in Pure

When you initially attended your Pure presentation, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Pure and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Pure and their products with the world, which are:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who wants what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Pure’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still want to think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their quality of life will be improved because of purchasing this product.

Pure is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Pure

The true leverage in building your Pure business is in building a network of people who multiply your results, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Pure business because we often associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Pure once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and objectives to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining Pure than the money. Of course that’s an integral part of why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, stimulating your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a 9 to 5.

Once you decide to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To build a team effectively in Pure, explain the merits of being connected, instead of forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Pure commissions!
