Your First 30 Days in ACN Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to build a thriving ACN business, you must learn exactly what you need to do in the first 30 days in ACN to get paid.

In ACN, there’s two main ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Although there are many steps involved in each process, we’re going to focus only on those you should know to turn a profit in the first 30 days of building your ACN business.

#1) Retailing in ACN

When you first attended your ACN meeting, or were exposed to the company through a video, phone call, or webinar there was clearly something that made you a believer in ACN and what they were offering.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the products or just the culture, you found something that you felt you could share with others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are vital. However, there are certain elements that you MUST consider before racing off to share ACN and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of ACN’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their lives will be enhanced because of purchasing this product.

ACN is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in ACN

The true leverage in building a ACN business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the most hated aspect of the ACN business because we often associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we assume are going to avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most fun part of ACN once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have personal numbers and targets to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, team building shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to joining ACN than making money. Of course money is an important reason for why people join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, fostering your personal development and understanding your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work for yourself fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you start to interpret the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in ACN, explain the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your ACN commissions!
