Your First 30 Days in YOR Now that you are all signed up, excited and ready to build a profitable YOR business, it’s time to learn exactly what you must do in the 1st month in YOR to get a check.

In YOR, there’s two main ways to get money. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

Although there are several steps involved in both processes, we are going to focus only on those you should know to turn a profit in the first thirty days of building your YOR business.

#1) Selling Products in YOR

When you initially attended your YOR meeting, or were exposed to YOR through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in YOR and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation plan, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before racing off to share YOR and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who wants what you have to offer and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they desire it? (What benefit will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of YOR’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential clients and how their lives will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

YOR is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to implement the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Explain how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in YOR

The true leverage in building a YOR business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the YOR business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of YOR if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and goals to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining YOR than the money. Of course it is an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you begin to understand the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in YOR, share the advantages of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your YOR commissions!
