This is CRITICAL!!! Very few people in Xplocial realize the importance of sacrificing some spare hours to achieve success. To be honest, achieving success in Xplocial isn’t easy or convenient nor will it occur accidentally. It’s a methodical process which necessitates proper time management and organization by those who ever hope to achieve success.
As an example, you might have some favorite television programs that you never forego or an activity that you enjoy in your free time. This must be adjusted, however, once you make the decision to build a Xplocial business. Those t.v. programs may need to be missed or recorded and your hobbies might need be placed on hold if they hinder your Xplocial and team functions.
By determining those activities you are willing to rearrange in the beginning to reach your goals, you demonstrate that you may have the “stuff” necessary to achieve success in Xplocial!
