Your First 30 Days in Lyf Now that you are all signed up, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Lyf business, you must consider exactly what you have to do in your first month in Lyf to get paid.

In Lyf, there are basically two ways to generate commissions. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Recruiting

While there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on those you must do to start making money in the first thirty days of building your Lyf business.

#1) Retailing in Lyf

The day you attended your Lyf meeting, or were exposed to Lyf through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in Lyf and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment structure, the products or just the culture, you found something you felt you could offer to others to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the product and gaining customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Lyf and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Lyf’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the needs of your potential customers and how their quality of life will be impacted because of purchasing this product.

Lyf is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you must execute the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more casual you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them closing themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Lyf

The true fortune in building your Lyf business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the most feared aspect of the Lyf business because we often associate our “new recruits” with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at the next family event.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting aspect of Lyf once you “change your thinking” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets you want to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually an opportunity to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Lyf than just the money. Of course money is an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive people, fostering your personal development and learning your strengths and weaknesses. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never imagined, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you begin to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To recruit effectively in Lyf, share the pros of being united, rather than coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Lyf commissions!
