Your First 30 Days in MOBE Now that you are enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable MOBE business, it’s time to consider exactly what you must do in the first month in MOBE to turn a profit.

In MOBE, there are 2 main ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Selling Products
2. Building A Team

Although there are several steps involved in both processes, we’re going to focus only on what you must know to profit in the first 30 days since you started building your MOBE business.

#1) Selling Products in MOBE

The day you attended your MOBE presentation, or were exposed to MOBE through a video, phone call, or webinar there was obviously something that made you a believer in MOBE and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about MOBE and their products with the market, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of MOBE’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential buyers and how their lives will be enhanced because of buying this product.

MOBE is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you need to utilize the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the ability to communicate and explain to you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in MOBE

The true leverage in building your MOBE business is in building a network of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the MOBE business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Recruiting however, can actually be the most fun part of MOBE if you “change your thinking” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and milestones you want to hit so that you can receive a fat paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your chance to improve and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of MOBE than making money. Of course that’s an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting positive people, improving your personal development and learning your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go to places you never imagined, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

Once you begin to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been bragging about.

To sponsor effectively in MOBE, share the benefits of being connected, rather than coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your MOBE commissions!
