Your First 30 Days in Thirty-One Now that you’re registered, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Thirty-One business, you must consider exactly what you must do in the first thirty days in Thirty-One to start making money.

In Thirty-One, there are 2 main ways to generate an income. They are:

1. Product Sales
2. Building A Team

Although there are several phases to each process, we’re going to focus on what you need to do to profit in the first month since you started your Thirty-One business.

#1) Product Sales in Thirty-One

When you initially attended your Thirty-One meeting, or were exposed to the opportunity through a phone call, webinar, or video, there was clearly something that made you a believer in Thirty-One and what they were offering.

Whether it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Thirty-One and their products with the planet, which are:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it today?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they get from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As convinced as you are about the benefits of Thirty-One’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still should consider the desires of your potential clients and how their lives will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Thirty-One is a sales business, and in order to retail as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential customer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen closely
D. Demonstrate how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without trying to “force” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Thirty-One

The true fortune in building your Thirty-One business is in building a network of people who duplicate your efforts, while increasing the production and profits of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Thirty-One business because we sometimes associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we assume will dodge us at Christmas Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Thirty-One if you “change your opinion” about what team building really is. Although you have quotas and objectives to meet so that you can earn a nice commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually your opportunity to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Thirty-One than just the money. Of course money is an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, enhancing your personal development and realizing your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home full-time, without ever having to go back to a 9 to 5.

The minute you start to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just so they can meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Thirty-One, explain the merits of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Thirty-One commissions!
