Your First 30 Days in Etcetera Now that you’re enrolled, excited and ready to get started buliding a profitable Etcetera business, you need to think about exactly what you must do in your 1st thirty days in Etcetera to get a check.

In Etcetera, there are basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Recruiting

Despite the fact that there are many phases to each process, we’re going to focus only on what you need to do to get paid in the first thirty days starting your Etcetera business.

#1) Product Sales in Etcetera

The day you attended your Etcetera presentation, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Etcetera and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the payment plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help impact their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to sharing the products and gaining customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are critical. However, there are a few additional criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to spread the word about Etcetera and their products with the market, which are:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefits will they obtain from owning and buying your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Etcetera’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to think about the desires of your potential customers and how their lifestyle will be improved from purchasing this product.

Etcetera is a sales business, and in order to sell as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more friendly you are with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and explain to you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Etcetera

The true fortune in building your Etcetera business is in building a team of leaders who duplicate your results, while increasing the output and earnings of your organization. This is often the least liked aspect of the Etcetera business because we sometimes associate the task of recruiting with family and friends that we assume will avoid us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most fun aspect of Etcetera if you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and milestones to hit so that you can earn a fat commission, sponsoring shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while opening a door for them to discover financial independence and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to joining Etcetera than just the money. Of course money is an integral part of why people do join, but there are also the benefits of meeting like-minded individuals, improving your personal development and evaluating your weaknesses and strengths. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you start to realize the advantages of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Etcetera, share the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for a paycheck. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Etcetera commissions!
