Your First 30 Days in Pro-Step Now that you’re registered, pumped up and ready to get started buliding a profitable Pro-Step business, you must consider exactly what you must do in your first month in Pro-Step to profit.

In Pro-Step, there’s basically 2 ways to get money. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

Despite the fact that there are several phases to both processes, we’re going to focus on what you should do to start making money in the 1st month of building your Pro-Step business.

#1) Product Sales in Pro-Step

When you initially attended your Pro-Step meeting, or were exposed to the company through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you a believer in Pro-Step and what they were offering.

Whether it was the payment structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was improved.

When it comes to offering your products and gaining new customers, your passion, belief and enthusiasm are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you NEED TO consider before hurrying off to share Pro-Step and their products with the world, these being:

A. What need does your product fulfill?
B. Who desires what you have to offer and is ready to purchase it immediately?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they purchase it from you?

As certain as you are about the merits of Pro-Step’s products and how everyone can benefit from them, you still should consider the requirements of your potential clients and how their lifestyle will be improved because of buying this product.

Pro-Step is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you have to use the sales process, which is:

A. Build a rapport with your future client
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen closely
D. Share how your product will solve their problem
E. Get the commitment and close the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without pushing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and allowing them the freedom to communicate and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Recruiting in Pro-Step

The true fortune in building a Pro-Step business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is often the most feared aspect of the Pro-Step business because we sometimes associate the act of sponsoring with friends and family that we assume will avoid us at Thanksgiving Dinner.

Sponsoring however, can actually be the most exciting part of Pro-Step once you “change your mindset” about what sponsoring really is. Even though you have personal numbers and targets to meet so that you can receive a nice commission, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to improve and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial independence and a whole new way to live.

There’s so much more to joining Pro-Step than the money. Of course money is an important reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with positive entrepreneurs, stimulating your personal development and evaluating your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The moment you can learn to interpret the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people can’t wait to go with you to the next event, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just so they can hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Pro-Step, share the benefits of being connected, instead of coaxing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Pro-Step commissions!
