Your First 30 Days in Varolo Now that you are enrolled, pumped up and ready to build a thriving Varolo business, you need to consider exactly what you must do in the first month in Varolo to profit.

In Varolo, there’s basically two ways to generate a paycheck. They are:

1. Retailing
2. Building A Team

Even though there are many phases to both processes, we are going to focus on those you must do to start making money in the first 30 days of building your Varolo business.

#1) Retailing in Varolo

When you first attended your Varolo meeting, or were exposed to Varolo through a webinar, phone call, or video, there was obviously something that made you believe in Varolo and what they have to offer.

Regardless if it was the compensation structure, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering your product and gaining new customers, your enthusiasm, passion and belief are critical. However, there are certain criteria that you MUST consider before racing off to spread the word about Varolo and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product fill?
B. Who desires what you have to sell and is ready to buy it right now?
C. Why do they want it? (What benefit will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they get it from you?

As certain as you are about the benefits of Varolo’s products and how everyone could benefit from them, you still want to consider the desires of your potential customers and how their lives will be impacted from purchasing this product.

Varolo is a sales business, and in order to sell as many products as possible, you need to use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential buyer
B. Ask questions to establish a need
C. Listen intently
D. Demonstrate how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get a commitment and close the deal

The more relaxed you become with your prospects without forcing the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the ability to talk and share with you exactly what their concerns are that you can sell them on!

#2) Sponsoring in Varolo

The true fortune in building your Varolo business is in building a network of leaders who multiply your efforts, while increasing the volume and profits of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Varolo business because we often associate the task of sponsoring with family and friends that we presume are going to dodge us at the next family event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Varolo once you “change your reality” about what recruiting really is. Although you have quotas and goals you want to hit so that you can earn a nice paycheck, recruiting shouldn’t just be seen as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to discover financial freedom and a whole new way of living.

There is so much more to being a part of Varolo than the money. Of course the money an integral reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded individuals, enhancing your personal development and realizing your strengths and weaknesses. There are also chances to go on vacations you never dreamed of, and even potentially work for yourself full-time, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

The minute you decide to realize the benefits of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next event, or get on the next webinar or conference call, just to hear from or meet from some of the amazing leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To build a team effectively in Varolo, share the merits of being connected, rather than forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to tell the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Varolo commissions!
