Regardless if it was the compensation plan, the culture or just the products, you found something that you felt you could share with people to help improve their lives like yours was impacted.

When it comes to offering the product and gaining new customers, your belief, enthusiasm, and passion are a must. However, there are a few additional elements that you MUST consider before hurrying off to share Viviane and their products with the planet, these being:

A. What need does your product serve?
B. Who needs what you have to sell and is ready to buy it immediately?
C. Why do they need it? (What benefits will they get from owning and purchasing your product?)
D. Why should they buy it from you?

As convinced as you are about the merits of Viviane’s products and how everyone will benefit from them, you still should think about the requirements of your potential buyers and how their lifestyle will be impacted from buying this product.

Viviane is a sales business, and in order to retail as much product as possible, you must use the sales process, which is:

A. Create rapport with your potential client
B. Ask questions to create a need
C. Listen carefully
D. Explain how your product will eliminate their problem
E. Get the commitment and seal the deal

The more conversational you become with your prospects without trying to “push” the sale on them, the more you’ll find them selling themselves on the products just by asking them the right questions and giving them the freedom to talk and share with you exactly what their hot buttons are that you can sell them on!

#2) Building A Team in Viviane

The true fortune in building your Viviane business is in building a team of leaders who multiply your results, while increasing the volume and earnings of your organization. This is sometimes the least liked aspect of the Viviane business because we often associate our “new recruits” with friends and family that we presume are going to avoid us at the next social event.

Building a team however, can actually be the most exciting part of Viviane if you “change your reality” about what sponsoring really is. Although you have metrics and targets to hit so that you can earn a fat paycheck, team building shouldn’t just be viewed as a payday. It’s actually a chance to impact and change someone’s life, while offering them a chance to achieve financial freedom and a whole new way to live.

There is so much more to being a part of Viviane than the money. Of course that’s a critical reason for why people do join, but there are also the benefits of connecting with like-minded people, improving your personal development and understanding your weaknesses and strengths. There are also opportunities to go on vacations you never thought possible, and even potentially work from home fully, without ever going back to clocking in at a nine to five.

Once you can learn to understand the pros of your new “Millionaire Fraternity or Sorority”, you will find that people are dying to go with you to the next function, or get on the next conference call or webinar, just to meet or hear from some of the inspiring leaders that you’ve been telling them about.

To sponsor effectively in Viviane, share the advantages of being united, instead of forcing them in for the commissions. They will be able to see the difference, and you will too when it comes to your Viviane commissions!
